Fibus enters into a commercial partnership with Servyr and acquires its factoring and credit insurance activities

This partnership enables the two independent brokerage firms to offer companies a complementary and expanded range of solutions, both in France and internationally. It also includes the transfer to Fibus of the credit insurance and factoring activities previously handled by Servyr.

Press release

Servyr, an insurance advisory and brokerage firm, and Fibus, a consulting, brokerage and digital solutions company specialized in factoring and credit insurance, have signed a commercial partnership aimed at expanding their service offerings.

The two companies share long-standing expertise in serving SMEs and mid-sized companies (ETIs), both in domestic and international markets. They also share a common vision of independent brokerage, grounded in integrity, service quality, and close proximity to clients.

This strategic partnership enables Servyr and Fibus to offer companies the best of their respective expertise:

  • In corporate risk solutions, employee benefits, and the implementation and management of international insurance programs for Servyr;
  • In factoring and credit insurance in France and internationally for Fibus.

Quentin Renard, President of Servyr

“We have built a strong relationship of proximity with Fibus and its teams. This partnership will allow us to offer our clients a broader range of credit insurance and factoring services, and will provide us with numerous opportunities to develop our business with high-quality mid-sized companies.”

Gaëtan du Halgouët, Co-founder and Managing Director of Fibus

“We are delighted with this partnership, which allows us to complement our support for SMEs and mid-sized companies by offering insurance solutions that support both their operations and their employees. The professionalism and quality of Servyr’s teams and services will be a strong guarantee of trust for our clients.”
